Smoke:30 Return & Refund Policy
At Smoke:30, every product is made-to-order and individually crafted through our Print-on-Demand partners. Because of this custom production process, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or other non-defective concerns.
Our products are fulfilled through Printify and their network of carefully vetted print providers. While we don’t handle the printing ourselves, we’re committed to resolving any issues promptly and fairly.
Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
We will issue a refund or offer a replacement item under the following conditions:
- The item is defective due to a manufacturing or printing error.
- The item is damaged in transit.
- The item received is materially different from what was ordered (wrong size, color, or design).
How to Submit a Request
To request a refund or replacement, please email us at smoke30co@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Include the following:
1. Your order number
2. A brief description of the issue
3. Photographic evidence, as outlined below
Requests made after the 10-day window may not be eligible for resolution.
Photo Submission Criteria
To process a refund or reprint through our print partner, we require clear documentation. Please ensure the following:
- Use good lighting and clear focus — blurry or dark photos may delay processing.
- Capture the entire item, clearly showing the defect, misprint, or damage.
- For damaged shipments, include a photo of the outer packaging, especially if it's visibly torn, dented, or opened.
- For sizing issues, include a photo showing the size tag alongside the item for reference.
We reserve the right to deny a refund or replacement if sufficient visual evidence is not provided.
Non-Refundable Situations
We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for:
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Incorrect size or color chosen at checkout
- Minor variations in color due to screen display differences
- Delivery delays outside our control (e.g., carrier issues, customs)
All sales are final unless the product qualifies for replacement under the above criteria.
Refund Processing Time
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. If a replacement is approved, it will be sent using the original shipping method at no cost to you.
